Soundmates FAQ and Troubleshooting

 

 

  1. Earbuds disconnected from each other, sound comes from one side only

Reset the earbuds connection, press and hold the power button on both earbuds for about 15 seconds, the earbuds will reconnect to each other.

 

  1. Earbuds not charging
Make sure the earbuds are pressed all the way in the charging case and they light up.
Make sure the charging case is charged

 

  1. After changing master earbuds there is no sound coming from earbuds

Unpair the earbuds from your phone or device and re-pair again
